Currently, Gerald oversees a portfolio of recruiting firms, including Collins Recruitment Group, DGA Careers Inc., and serves as the Managing Partner of Insurance Canada and Insurance Works.
With more than 35 years of business experience, Gerald has built a proven track record of driving growth and profitability. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and an MBA, and has been deeply involved in various leadership roles, including serving as a former member of the Alumni Board at the Rotman School of Business, past President of the Toronto Junior Board of Trade, and Chairman of the Gardiner Awards in Toronto.

Before joining Collins, Stephanie spent 10 years as a Managing Director at her own recruitment firm, where she partnered with companies in sectors including junior mining, automotive, manufacturing, consumer products, and professional services. This experience gave her a deep understanding of different industries and their varied nuances.
