The Opportunity 

Bring analytical rigor to the decisions that support our clients’ growth. This is a strategy-facing FP&A role for a finance professional who wants to move beyond routine reporting and into acquisitions, investment analysis, and the complex modelling that helps guide where and how we grow.

You will lead the corporate FP&A team, partner with senior leaders across the business, and prepare analysis that supports the executive team on important financial decisions at a $5B+ global manufacturer. What You’ll Own 

  • Acquisitions & corporate development – support the financial modelling, valuation, and due-diligence analysis behind M&A opportunities and help evaluate integration and value-creation plans.
  • Complex financial modelling – build and maintain sophisticated, multi-scenario models with sensitivity analysis to evaluate strategic investments, growth options, and key business decisions.
  • Strategic finance & planning – support the 5 – Year Business Plan, long-range strategy process, budgets, and forecasts, translating strategy into robust financial roadmaps.
  • Executive partnership – prepare the analysis and presentations that support the executive team on the company’s important financial matters.
  • Team leadership – lead, coach, and develop the FP&A team, building a high-performance group and strengthening the analytical capability of the function.
  • Decision support – act as a trusted business partner across the organization, delivering the insight and recommendations that inform capital allocation and financial priorities.
  • Project leadership – provide impactful leadership for new projects which include AI and Finance transformation

What You’ll Bring

Must Have

  • CPA designation (or equivalent).
  • Progressive FP&A experience, including complex financial modelling and scenario analysis.
  • Experience leading or mentoring analysts and helping build strong teams.
  • Advanced Excel skills and the ability to distill complex analysis into clear recommendations.
  • Strong command of the balance sheet, cash flow, and investment/return principles.
  • An independent, critical thinker who is curious about the business and connects operations to the financials.
  • Knowledge of IFRS.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to M&A, corporate development, or investment/valuation work.
  • An interest in developing and applying AI tools.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or multi-location, international environment.
  • Familiarity with modern BI and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI) and enterprise consolidation platforms.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally as the business requires.
