Collins Recruitment Group has partnered with by a globally established wealth management group to identify a select number of CIRO-registered Dealing Representatives to support its strategic expansion into the Canadian market.
As part of its CIRO (Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization) licensing process, the firm is seeking experienced mutual fund dealers in good standing to be included in its regulatory submission.
This represents a highly selective, ground-floor opportunity to join an internationally recognized organization at a pivotal stage of its Canadian market entry—offering both immediate strategic involvement and long-term participation in the build-out of a national advisory platform.
The Role
- Be appointed as a CIRO-registered Dealing Representative within the firm’s licensing application
- Establish and deepen client relationships through a disciplined, advice-led approach
- Deliver tailored investment solutions aligned with clients’ long-term financial objectives
- Conduct comprehensive discovery, portfolio construction, and ongoing review processes
- Uphold the highest standards of regulatory compliance and client documentation
- Contribute meaningfully to the development and positioning of the firm’s Canadian wealth platform
The Profile
- Active CIRO registration (mandatory, in good standing)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in wealth management, investment advisory, or financial planning
- Demonstrated strength in client relationship management and advisory delivery
- Strong command of CIRO regulatory expectations and best practices
- Impeccable professional standards with a client-first ethos
- CFP® designation (or progression toward) considered an asset
