Industry Leading Compensation*: According to Investment Executive’s 2021 Brokerage Report Card**, they received high ratings for investment dealers in Canada for both “Firm’s total compensation” and “Firm’s reward/recognition program.” In addition to a commission payout, financial advisors are eligible to share in the profit of their branch with profitability bonuses each trimester – these cash bonuses are not deferred.

SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS
- Currently MFDA or IIROC licensed in a client serving role
- Insurance license preferred, will be required if not currently held.
- Desire to build long-term client relationships
- Passionate for new opportunities to grow an individual financial advising practice
- while being collaborative region and firm wide.
